Week One Day 4
Activity 1
My favourite waiata is Hareruia because I like the lyrics and the meaning behind the song. I also like
Hareruia because I know it in Maori and in english.

Week One Day 4
Activity 2
Ki-O-Rahi

The game that I am talking about is called Ki-O-Rahi. The main purpose is to pass the ball through the
3 sections to score goals by hitting the bucket in the middle. You can also score goals on the side by
touching the poles. Two rules is that you have to stay in the section that you are put in. Another rule is
that you have 3 players in the third section, 2 on the second and 2 in the first section. Here is what it
looks like:
Week One Day 4
Bonus Activity
I rank Tamatea arikinui first because they had amazing voices, facial expressions and smiling. They also
sung and had there poi out too.

I rank Te Iti Kahurangi second because they had such amazing voices and they were very loud and
kept that the whole entire time.

I rank Te puku o Te Ika third because they had great voices but they weren’t as loud. But they were still
amazing.
